I have worked in the animation industry, film industry, video game industry and tech industry for many of the big companies. I have won prizes and have seen projects fall apart. I’m used to taking the tiniest germ of an idea and explore and develop it into a functional concept that meets its purpose. Sometimes ideas come fully developed and need to be executed or improved upon.  It’s always different. There is no formula. Especially if you want to innovate. I am very comfortable with the creative process and its exploratory avenues, which often go in the wrong direction before something ‘clicks’. I understand that the people who write the checks appreciate guidance and straight talk through this ambiguous process.
